Do I need to give you my login details?

Yes, but securely. Most platforms allow you to add team members or collaborators with their own login. We'll set up a dedicated account for management so your personal credentials remain private. For platforms without this feature, we use a secure password manager to store credentials safely.

What platforms do you support?

We support all major website builders including Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, WordPress.com, Weebly, GoDaddy Website Builder, and BigCommerce. If your platform isn't listed, get in touch - we likely support it.

How do I request changes?

Simply email your request to your dedicated account manager. For Premium clients, phone support is also available. We'll confirm receipt, provide an estimate of hours needed, and get started. Most requests are completed within 48 hours (24 hours for Premium).

What if I use more hours than my package includes?

Additional hours are billed at £40/hour. We'll always notify you before you exceed your allocation and give you the option to approve extra hours, defer non-urgent tasks to next month, or upgrade your package.

Can you help me migrate away from my current platform?

Absolutely! We offer full migration services to move your site to our dedicated hosting infrastructure. This gives you more control, better performance, and often lower costs over time. Your management package can continue after migration - just on a better platform.
