The £99 covers the design, the build, the domain registration, and the first three months of hosting and support. No surprise fees.

What if I want more pages later?

Add them anytime. We’ll quote at our standard rate. There’s no lock-in — you keep the site files either way.

Do I own the domain?

Yes — it’s registered in your name from day one. You can move it to another registrar whenever you like.

What happens after the 3-month hosting period?

We bill £10/month from month four. Cancel any time — you keep the site files; you’d just need to host them somewhere else if you go elsewhere.

What if I don’t like the first draft?

We iterate. We’ll show you a draft before anything goes live and adjust until you’re happy with it. Major rework after we’ve started building can shift the timeline — we’ll always tell you ahead of time if so.

Can I edit the site myself once it’s live?

Depends on what you need. Simple text and image edits — we can set you up with a lightweight CMS on request. Anything structural, ping us and we’ll do it as part of your support.
